And that beautiful skin of theirs, that is what I'm going to discuss today! Because those clever Russian ladies have a trick for their beautiful, glowy skin. It's simple and you don't need anything but your hands and a moisturizer. I have a video for you, too!

Sal's Sunday Solutions: Quick fix for a broken nail

Every girl has coped with this at least once:  you broke your nail and there's no nail file around. As if that's not bad enough, you won't be home until the end of the day and the day just started! Oh and it gets worse: your nail ripped your new blouse and your tights, because it's so sharp. Damn it! You knew you shouldn't have thrown that nail file out of your bag! -Advertorial- When I was 10 years old, I started wearing prescription eyeglasses. My sight was pretty bad back then, but I kept denying it. Because hey, glasses weren't cool back then in the late 90's/early 00's! How much I loved being able to finally see everything in HD, that's how much I hated "that thing" too. Like I said, glasses weren't cool, guys. Back then I would rather walk around without seeing a thing than wearing my glasses.

According to the calendar it's supposed to be Spring, but when I look outside I start questioning the seasons. And life. I don't know about you guys, but here in the Netherlands it just looks like Autumn. And our body reacts on it too. So here's a tip for chapped lips, even though it's Spring! 

The usual tip you get is: scrub them lips. I have a different tip for you today. A easy and a delicious one too! For chapped lips apply honey on your lips. Honey contains vitamins, minerals, protein and other qualities that keep the moisture in that can repair the top layer of your skin. Honey has anti-inflammatory qualities and using honey as a mask for your lips is a good idea!

So if your lips feel like they can use a little extra love, put some honey on them!

This week's theme is Edward Scissorhands. I think we're all familiar with the awkward freak with scissors, instead of fingers. It's a movie from 1990, but I'm still convinced everyone has heard about it. The sad story about the boy (played by my boyfriend Johnny Depp) with the permanent distressed face, full of scars.

FOTD: Suga suga, how you get so fly?°

When I think of sweets I think pink, yellow, (other) bright colours, sugar and way too active kids. Luckily I didn't have to cope with those kids when doing this look, but I did get inspired by the candy I used to eat when I was a kid myself. And yes, candy back in the 90's was this bright. I don't want to know what they put in it..

Anyways, a very, verrrry bright look for you guys - and fully budgetproof! I went a little crazy, but it was a long time since I did so.
